为什么我用PCLINK下载不了？

我在用pclink下载铃声的时候出现这样的提示：Make sure that your phone is connected with cable on PC.Turn off the power of your phone before connecting to the PC.Tis software only supports SGH-T400 mobile phone.什么意思呀？:T

检查COM口，并且看一下你的手机是否已经关机了

我的也有这样的问题，好像是软件的问题，以前能联，装了新的D2版后就不行了，怎么办，怎么能使408不联PC把软件清除？

仔细多试试!如果确定了线没问题(水机插上以后信号灯会亮)
那就先插线后打开PCLINK或者先打开PCLINK再插线多试试~~

我重装了PCLINK可以了下得很好，而且T410和T400都可以下
