how to unlock your phone
step 1 : turn on phone & type *01763*6371# (phone will turn off & on ) （我输入的时候就没有重启，直接就看到MEP Lock选项了。）
step 2 ress M (menu)on your phone then go to Settings,securety,MEP lock. then type in handset code 9999 press OK
step 3: then scroll down the list to network, select de-activate.
UNLOCK CODE IS : 355116****** ok （这个号码是根据imei号算出来的， 每个903都不一样的）
This will unlock your phone.
日本的应该根本就没有MEP的menu吧。
