I saw this thread in XDA-developer, there is a new bluetooth stack for 818/mini can enable A2DP profile, so now mini users can also use stereo headset to listen to mp3!!

Yes this can work on O2 mini. Refer here

you need a stereo bluetooth headset, and not a normal bluetooth headset that you use to answer call
