<P align=left>　　<STRONG><FONT size=5>老</FONT></STRONG>MINI诞生于英国，代表着1960年代社会历史变革的印记，精巧、富乐趣、激发朝气与自由，是60年代英国的标志之一，1994年德国宝马(BMW)集团从它原来的生产商Rover接手过来，专心致志进行迷你车的改良工作。新MINI的诞生，代表着高技术含量、高水准的生产工艺、突出的产品特点，还有强大的品牌形象。新一代MINI虽然会有三个版本，但引擎的规格都一样，是1.6升4气缸。而随着MINI COOPER进入中国市场，才让我们有机会感受这款有着40年传奇历史在世界车坛享有盛誉的经典小车。</P>

<P align=left>　　此次试驾的为手自一体变速箱，如果想方便和平缓驾驶时，可以选择自动挡，而当希望MINI更具运动风格时，可使用六速半自动功能。其1.6升排量发动机，能够输出85千瓦/115马力的最大功率。可在10秒钟内将车从0加速到100公里/时速度，并在二十多秒内加速到每小时160公里，最高时速可达200公里/小时以上。在直线加速道测试时，手动一档就轻松把车拖到了70公里/时，感觉峰值扭距在3000转/分就已经来了，减至三档超车，并线，动力充沛，就象脱开缰的野马，横冲直撞，这对于一量1.6升排量的小车来讲以是不易了。</P>
<P align=left>　　很多人耳熟能详的宝马口号是“驾乘乐趣”。这描述了所有宝马汽车的一个共性。宝马汽车从外观设计到整车性能，一直到每个技术细节的设计取向，都是以“乐趣”为核心思想的。MINI虽然是宝马行列中最为娇小的一款车，但其动力性、操作的平顺轻松、准确和灵敏性、以及动态稳定性依然是出类拔萃的。新MINI具备了前一代的MINI开起来类似小型赛车的操控性，而且开起来更为平衡舒适。在以50公里/时速度绕桩时，四个轮子紧紧扒住地面，任由轮胎发出“吱、吱”胎响，车身就是不侧滑。手握方向盘，轮胎的寻迹感觉极好，令驾驶着信心十足，根本就没拿她当是一量1.6排量的小车来看。MINI的前悬挂采用单销滑柱摆臂式结构，后悬挂采用多连杆设计，等长的前驱传动轴确保在过弯、加速与刹车时均衡的前轮驱动与转向反应。选配了全天候防滑稳定控制系统＋循迹装置(ASC＋T)，以及动态稳定控制系统(DSC)等先进科技的MINI，让人更容易联想到的是一部具有赛车性能的小型家庭轿车。</P>

<P>　　<STRONG>发动机动力稍嫌不足</STRONG>　MINI Cooper采用前置发动机前轮驱动，四缸16气门的发动机排量为1.6L，虽然车身较轻，但如果想追求运动激情，动力还是略嫌不足。0—100km／h的加速时间为9.2s，虽然成绩不错，但爆发力不明显。MINI Cooper装备的是四轮独立跑车化悬架系统，以及后轴多连杆悬架系统，提供了极为优越的道路操控性。另外，长轴距、低重心和宽车轮以及短尾的设计，使得这部小车无论在绕桩还是在场地试车中表现得都异常活跃，在宝马5系、7系等老大哥面前毫不怯场。</P>
<P>　　在绕桩试车时，MINI Cooper的195／55 R16轮胎提供了很好的抓地力，左穿右插中总能给驾驶者足够的信心。此外，调教偏硬的跑车化悬架系统，对侧倾控制得非常到位，加上灵巧的车身，绕桩时，对车的把握就更容易一些，在不发生响胎的情况下，车速能够保持在60km／h左右。MINI Cooper采用的是电液直接控制的助力转向，高速沉，低速轻，操控轻便，但在绕桩时感觉路感不够清晰，对车轮的掌控不够直接。</P>
<P align=left>　　MINI造型设计简洁有力，古典色彩与时尚感在她身上共存，大又圆的头灯印证着她MINI家族的纯正血统和风貌。所有的MINI车型都是两门车，车门张开的最大角度可达80度，进出车门和后排座都很方便。短小而紧凑的车身、平坦的车顶、造型怪异的尾灯让它看起来十分精简灵巧。前机盖由单张金属板件制成，一直延伸至轮拱，堪称是设计和工程学的力作。前大灯与发动机罩采用一体化设计，不但醒目独特，而且显示了高度精确的生产和装配的工艺。侧面的MINI腰线向后缓缓上升，向人展示出了一个动力十足的侧身，清晰地表明了该车的性能取向。前、后风挡玻璃的倾角设计的很小，侧窗玻璃也几乎没有弧度，天窗大得几乎覆盖了整个车顶，车门采用了无边框设计，为了保护玻璃并减轻关门时乘客耳部的不适，开门时侧窗玻璃会自动降下一点，门关好后又会自动升起，造型古老的镀铬门把手让人在握住它的瞬间就会萌生几分怀旧情怀</P>
