Customize FS:
After writing a raw FS file to the phone, the File System has to be (usually) customized.
The customization process enables specific phone languages and performs many small tasks to make the phone usable.
There are two options that should be specified before customizing the phone - Region (4) and Firmware version (5). Both of them should match the previously flashed raw FS parameters
