3. No plastic wrap in microwave.

4. Dioxin chemicals causes cancer, especially breast cancer.
二恶英化学品致癌， 尤其是乳腺癌。
5. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't
freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.
二恶英对人体细胞毒性极高。不要将你的装了水的塑胶瓶予以冷冻，因为如此则塑胶
会释放出二恶英。
6. Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle
Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.
卡索医院保健计划的主持人藤本爱德华医生，最近上电视解释此项对健康之危
害。他谈到了二恶英，以及其为何对我们有危害。
7. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave
using plastic containers. This applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body.
他说我们不应该，以塑胶容器装食物 ，用微波炉来加热。此法则也适用于含脂肪
的食物，他說脂肪、高热与塑胶之综合，会释放出二恶英进入食物中，最后则进入人

8. Instead, he recommends using glass, Corning Ware or ceramic
containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.
他建议给食物加热时，要用玻璃、康宁锅或陶瓷容器来装。你得到的结果是一样
的，只是沒了二恶英。所以类似电视速食餐、生力面、速食汤等，需将內容物取
出，放入其它容器，再行加热。纸器并不坏，但是你也不知道，其中含有什
么。使用处理过的玻璃、康宁锅等，还是安全一些。
9. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants
moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.
他提醒我们，不久前速食快餐店，停用塑料发泡容器改用纸器。二恶英問題，即为其中原因之一。
10. Also, he pointed out that Saran wrap is just as dangerous when
placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food.
此外，他指出塑胶膜若包裹食物放入微波炉中烹煮，也是同业的危害。由于食物
是裸露的，高热会让有毒性的二恶英，自塑料包裹膜中熔出，而滴入食物。
11. Cover food with a paper towel instead.
