求助:刷欧水版D900E.05刷成行版A1的不成功!刷机软件提示出错!

我的是欧水版D900E.05,想刷成行版的A1,用OneNAND Downloader_SGH_D900软件刷机,
按开机键后,老是提示出错:
** Wait for Connect Request from Mobile...
** (POWER ON the PHONE!)
** Send '0x44' to SWIFT Chip
Bad Response from SWIFT Chip (0x81)
** Send '0x44' to SWIFT Chip
Bad Response from SWIFT Chip (0xFF)

** Close COM port
用swift flasher 3.2h版刷机,按开机键根本就没反应.
请问哪位大侠能有解决方案.[s:61]
