V920sh, How can I cancel the fucin “Get the latest provisioning and update&a

Everytime that when i tap the enter button ，a suggestive words will be taken on my phone, which let me select YES OR NO， so bothering that，How can I cancel the fucking sentence ?i do not wanna any updation !!
