[font=宋体][size=12pt]中国政府准备向[/size][/font][size=12pt]3[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]家移动运营商发放[/size][/font][size=12pt]3G[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]牌照的消息终于水落石出。不过在这种情况下，中国拥有自主知识产权的[/size][/font][size=12pt]TD-SCDMA[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]似乎仍旧存在很多问题。[/size][/font][size=12pt]CDMA[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]发展集团（[/size][/font][size=12pt]CDMA Development Group[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）首席运营官詹姆斯·珀森（[/size][/font][size=12pt]James Person[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）表示：“[/size][/font][size=12pt]5[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]年前，我们就已经准备好推出[/size][/font][size=12pt]3G[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]了，但中国政府决心等待[/size][/font][size=12pt]TD[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]做好竞争准备。”不过如今的[/size][/font][size=12pt]TD[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]迄今仍然没有做好准备，中国移动的测试用户一直不愿续签合同，他们抱怨其网络经常发生技术故障。中国主要网络设备制造商华为的市场经理王东辉表示，相同频率的通话相互干扰，以及离基站远的地方信号接收能力迅速下降，仍然是主要问题。[/size][/font][size=12pt]TD-SCDMA[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]技术论坛秘书长王静也认为，“我们的供应链是完整的，但很脆弱。”据悉，有政府下属的行业智囊团学者表示：“中国移动将对[/size][/font][size=12pt]3G[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]进行糊弄，集中所有资源直接发展长期演进（[/size][/font][size=12pt]LTE[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）项目。”对此我们认为，中国电信产业放弃[/size][/font][size=12pt]3G[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]直接投资[/size][/font][size=12pt]4G[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]很可能是一种正确的策略选择。众所周知的是，[/size][/font][size=12pt]3G[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]业务的发展空间在数据业务上，但可惜的是[/size][/font][size=12pt]3G[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]的网络连接速度只相当于我们互联网拨号上网的速度，大家认为习惯了[/size][/font][size=12pt]ADSL[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]宽带的用户会回去用拨号网络吗？而目前测试用的[/size][/font][size=12pt]4G[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]网络连接速度是[/size][/font][size=12pt]100M[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]，下载速度最小也有[/size][/font][size=12pt]2[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]－[/size][/font][size=12pt]3M[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]。用户到底会不会选择[/size][/font][size=12pt]3G[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]，是显而易见的，更何况国外还有诸多[/size][/font][size=12pt]3G[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]投资失败的案例。[/size][/font]
