You have to reprogram the hypersim. Because i also just got a sh906i with the same mr-sim v2.1 and i have the same problem. i can recieve text message and calls but i cant do outgoing calls and send text. i havent tried to reprogram it yet but i have to get more blue coins to download the software for it on this forum.
