n-gage不能打电话！！

信号有个x，，拨打电话的时候提示
this is n-gage demo。lt is not possible to make calls with this phone。
这个怎么回事？刷机刷了n遍了，，pm也写过了！！也是这擦空字库重写故障依旧！！主板没修没动过！！请求高手帮帮忙！！
