呵呵，楼主的方法还可以改进些。
不要直接用裁切工具，先选用选择工具，在上面的选项栏也不要直接设X*Y的固定长宽，而是设定X*Y的比宽比例，再在图像自由勾出你希望保留的图像区域，这个选框会自动保持X*Y的比例，可以移动选框，增大、减小选框等，然后进菜单图像->裁切剪掉多余部分，最后再直接改图像的长或宽即可。
直接选用裁切工具，远不如这样的方式自由灵活。
：）

除了用滤镜模糊以消除颗粒，常用的一般还有调整图像色彩的系列工具，都在菜单图像->调整里面，试着调整一下，可以使用图像更加明艳、清晰、生动，比如调整色阶、饱和度、明度、亮度、曲线等等。
